CorporateStack is growing and looking for partners and resellers program manager who will be responsible for managing the existing partners and resellers in addition to hiring new partners and resellers in the focused markets that CorporateStack willing to enter and managing them during the life of the relationship.

The role includes designing the new Partners and Resellers strategies from scratch, forecasting our partnership pipeline, engaging them in a partnership and being the face of CorporateStack to existing and potential partners.

Role:

  • Maintain the great relationship with the existing partners and
  • Design and implement the Partners / Resellers strategies
  • Identify the potential organizations who are strategically aligned with our Go-to market strategy to fast-track CorporateStack growth into chosen markets.
  • Take primary responsibility for the strategy and execution of new partnerships.
  • partnership agreements closure
  • Evaluate the financial business plans, benefits and risks of each and every partnership.
  • Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them.
  • Manage the communication and collaborate with commercial and technical teams of CorporateStack to build and achieve the pipeline agreed

The Account Manager will be CorporateStack Focal point of contact with our customers with main responsibility of achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and boost the revenue generation process.

Role:

  • Own and manage a comprehensive understanding of CorporateStack competitive advantage.
  • Proactively own and manage a portfolio of CorporateStack with our served customers
  • Build and identify opportunity funnel and drive the up and cross-selling process
  • Build customer trust by delivering the high standard consultancy best practices and market benchmark to our customers similar business and how to enhance their internal processes accordingly.
  • Minimum 4 years of business applications & ERP SaaS account management.
  • Ability to present technical solutions to non-technical customers
  • Accomplish complicated sales processes
  • Excellent communication skills and Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • BA degree

We are looking for an exceedingly skilled software developer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming to join CorporateStack R&D growing team. It’s mandatory for the candidate to be fully compliant with our stack (ASP.net, C#, jquery, Entity framework, MS SQL ASP.NET, AJAX)

Role:

  • Developing front end CorporateStack add-on components architecture aligned with our roadmap.
  • Building new features and directly implementing the future of our product from UI to database
  • Experience building an end-to-end web application
  • Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
  • Working alongside graphic designers for application design features.
  • Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
  • Designing and developing APIs.
  • Meeting both technical and consumer needs.

Customers always come first, the on-boarding team leader is a very important role in CorporateStack. With main responsibility is to educate and support the customer on how to prepare the existing data to be on-boarded to CorporateStack platform successfully and in no time.

Role:

  • Provide an excellent first impression to customers via phone, email, and face to face
  • Prepare the onboarding team with the needed training for fast and smooth onboarding processes
  • Present the onboarding the customer life cycle process to customers/onboarding team
  • Prepare the needed documents for the on-boarding process and achieve its KPI’s
  • Work closely with the back-end implementation team.
  • 3 years of professional experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking capabilities
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, sympathy, and high energy
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt
  • BA Degree in business
