1.Stock View
To view the stock in different warehouses, hover over Inventory > Stock View.
The “Stock View” window shows all warehouses as well as the location, stock age, stock value, unit price, and stock qty of each warehouse. One can search for a specific warehouse using its name, product, supplier, etc.
2.Goods Received Notes (GRN)
To access and create goods received notes, hover over Inventory > Goods Received Notes.
The “Goods Received Notes” window includes all the previously created goods received notes and their stage, whether pending or approved.
To create a new goods received note, click on the “New” button.
Fill in the data shown below, especially the ones with asterisks (*) because they are mandatory. One can attach documents related to the GRN created using the “Attach” button. Then click the “Save button” so the GRN is saved to the database and appears in the GRN list.
3.Goods Delivery Notes (GDN)
To access and create goods delivery notes, hover over Inventory > Goods Delivery Notes.
The “Goods Delivery Notes” window includes all the previously created goods delivery notes and their stage, whether pending or approved.
To create a new goods delivery note, click on the “New” button.
Fill in the data shown below, especially the ones with asterisks (*) because they are mandatory. One can attach documents related to the GDN created using the “Attach” button. Then click on the “Save button” so that the GDN is saved to the database and appears in the GDN list.
Note: Both “Goods Received Notes” and “Goods Delivery Notes” can be filtered using the following parameters to find a specific GRN/GDN. They can be edited or deleted as well.
4.Transfers and Adjustments
Transfers and Adjustments are classified into Stock Consumption, Stock Transfer, Stock Adjustment, Goods Transfer Notes, Goods Adjustment Notes, and Goods Consumption Notes.
4.1.Stock Consumption
To create stock consumption, identify the product to be consumed and specify the qty to be consumed.
Then click on the “Apply Consumption” button.
After clicking on the “Apply Consumption” button, specify the requested date of the stock consumption. Then click on the “Save” button.
4.2.Stock Transfer
To create a stock transfer, identify the product and specify the qty to be transferred.
Then, click on the “Transfer Stock” button.
Choose the warehouse where the product/s will be transferred and the issue date of the transfer. Then, click on the “Save” button.
4.3.Stock Adjustment
To create a stock adjustment, identify the product and specify the qty to be adjusted.
Then click on the “Apply Adjustment” button.
After clicking on the “Apply Adjustment” button, specify the requested date of the adjustment. Then click on the “Save” button.
4.4. Goods Transfer Notes (GTN)
The “Goods Transfer Notes” window includes all the previously created goods transfer notes and their stage, whether pending or approved. To create a Goods Transfer Notes, click on the “New” button.
After clicking the “New” button, you will be redirected to the “Stock Transfer” window. Follow the steps explained in point 1.4.2, and a GTN will be automatically created and stored in the GTN list.
4.5.Warehouse Balances
Warehouse balance stores all warehouses with their associated products and their quantities, colors, production quantities, and remarks.
To create a warehouse balance, download the “Warehouse Stock List” template the system provides, as shown in the figure below.
You can filter the warehouses using the parameters shown in the figure below, such as the warehouse and product names.
Click on “Download Warehouse Stock Template,” fill out the template with the information needed, and upload it to the system using “Upload Template.”
The below figure is a sample of the warehouse balance excel sheet.
You can also easily apply adjustments to the quantities of any warehouse product by choosing the appropriate warehouse, specifying the proper amount, and clicking on the “Apply Adjustment” button.
