Trademark & IP Protection
1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, taglines, and any other distinctive brand elements of CorporateStack, including the “CorporateStack” name, the CS identifier, product logos, and any associated designs (collectively, the “CorporateStack Marks”), are the exclusive property of CorporateStack or its affiliates. All rights, title, and interest in and to the CorporateStack Marks are fully protected under applicable intellectual property, trademark, and copyright laws worldwide.2. Permitted Use of CorporateStack Marks
The CorporateStack Marks may only be used by third parties with prior express written authorization from CorporateStack. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of the CorporateStack Marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Authorized use of CorporateStack Marks is limited to the scope expressly defined in a written license, agreement, or program enrollment. Any use beyond the scope of such authorization is considered a violation of CorporateStack’s intellectual property rights.
3. Partner Program Usage
CorporateStack partners enrolled in an official CorporateStack Partner Program may use CorporateStack Marks and associated product logos for marketing, promotional, and co-branding purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of the applicable partner agreement and CorporateStack’s Brand Guidelines. Any use of CorporateStack Marks in connection with partner marketing materials, websites, presentations, or publications must be pre-approved in writing by CorporateStack.
4. Guidelines for Third-Party Requests
Third parties seeking authorization to use CorporateStack Marks must submit a written request including:
- The requester’s legal name, organization, and contact information.
- The specific CorporateStack Mark(s) to be used.
- A detailed description of the intended use, including context, placement, and duration.
- Any co-branding context, including other logos or marks displayed alongside CorporateStack Marks.
- Evidence of any prior correspondence or approvals, if applicable.
CorporateStack will review requests on a case-by-case basis and may grant or deny authorization at its sole discretion. Approval will be provided in writing, along with any specific instructions, limitations, and digital artwork required for correct use.
5. Restrictions
All authorized use of CorporateStack Marks is subject to the following restrictions:
- Marks may not be altered, distorted, or modifiedin any way, including changes to color, proportion, or design.
- Marks may not be used in a manner that could disparage CorporateStack, its products, or its affiliates, or imply endorsement or sponsorship beyond what is explicitly authorized.
- Marks may not be sublicensed, assigned, or otherwise transferredto any third party without CorporateStack’s prior written consent.
- Use of CorporateStack Marks for any commercial, promotional, or non-approved purpose without authorization is strictly prohibited.
6. Protection and Enforcement
CorporateStack actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized or infringing use of CorporateStack Marks may result in legal action, including injunctions, damages, and recovery of attorneys’ fees. CorporateStack reserves the right to require immediate cessation of unauthorized use and to seek all remedies available under applicable law.7. No License Implied
Nothing in this section or any communication with CorporateStack grants any rights, implied licenses, or ownership interest in the CorporateStack Marks, except as explicitly provided through written authorization.8. Contact for Authorization
